I heard a rumor that KKR investment firm is interesting in purchasing Crown. Has anyone else heard that too? I am told that they are a global presence, but do not have a North American fiber company and Crown is an opportunity for them. I also heard they take a "hands-off" approach to running the business. Lastly, there was also talk of hiring back employees if their sale is approved. Conjecture for sure, but I am curious if there are others that heard the same?

I left years ago and they have offered multiple positions to come back in 3 different geographic areas; BS themselves even reached out, no thanks! Good luck to all who are still there, should hopefully be some direction very soon.
KKR, with TMO, is buying Metronet
No one let go would want to go back. We all saw this coming and just held on. Done with the toxicity that is Clown managment.
No information regarding a sale will be released until a deal is done. Companies have strict Non-Disclosure requirements when it comes to sales or acquisitions.
If you are a buyer you might as well keep eventually you will be able to by it at a fire sale.
they have not found the right buyer yet. SM released this just now "Moving forward, we are focused on continuing to progress the Fiber segment strategic review, which remains active and ongoing, while delivering solid financial and operating results across our tower, small cell, and fiber solutions businesses.”
no one is going to buy this dog sh-t company lmfao
I can’t get past those white hoods and horses. I hope Crown doesn’t sell to the KK……ohhhhhh. R. Nevermind.
Yeah no. Also no company would hire people back.
