you can 100+ hours a week, but if your work isn't good what do you expect? Chances are the others on your team do more in less time and don't complain as much. Managers can't rate everyone exceeds so when comparing 2 employees, if one is doing the job slightly better than the other they get exceed and the other doesn't.
I work avg 25 hours a week and receive Meets and Exceeds consistently 🤫🤓
Honest truth: I worked for WF for 15 years and left in the last year happily.
Your manager just doesn't like you and has a quota of people they have to rate as inconsistent whether it is accurate or not. Even if an entire team were meeting or exceeding expectations they will not acknowledge it. WF is a clown show.
