Organization should fire all managers who play fav games

Even if a person does very little work, if they are a favorite, it looks like they have done a lot. But if you are not a favorite, even your 100% effort counts as only 50%. These kind of managers should be gone.

Please, the executives don't give an S about any manager. They downsize them constantly. There's only two groups at WF, the OC and up types, and the plebes being led to the sla-ghter. That's it. Ain't no one special and no one is going to survive Shart's plan. Not unless you're in I&P or HY.

I don't think it's the managers fault. It's C-Suites fault. I have no idea how to get them fired, but this is a C-Suite thing. Investors are going to reward this behavior, so it seems futile. Adjust, or leave is really the only options I think.

These kinds of managers will never get fired because they are protected by the corrupt executives who also play favoritism games.
