I could deal with layoffs. All companies have them, some more often than others, but still. But it's the other things that make this a horrible place to work. The blatant cronyism, bullying as a management technique, and a brutally competitive instead of cooperative environment are just some of them. I used to love my job, and now I hate it.

Exactly fiber wasn’t some small part of the company. They need a price where they can offset expenses(buy back, debt payment) and capital to continue to make same revenue. Other wise the stock is repriced to a value of just towers which is a a couple billion less than without fiber.
Speaking of stock price. It was around $85 a share right before Clown bought Lightower. Everyone thinks the stock is going to go up over $135 a share after getting rid of fiber is dreaming. Everyone knows all of the big carriers have already signed there 10 and 15 year long term deals. That's why we all got 125% of our bonus 2 years ago. Now backing out on some of the deals that have already been signed by the Clown.
The sh-t show is going to get worse once fiber is sold…..not saying it’s because fiber is a great asset. Saying because everyone will realize there will be a big revenue slump for multiple years to come.
The main problem is that not enough people let Jay adopt them.
cronyism 100%
It is a shame what happened to this Company and its culture. Not to mention the horrendous drop in the stock price.
