Payments is a complete sh-tshow now. Mgmt can't save them selves. Let's pass it to India.

You mean laying off tens of thousands of capable people that gave a damn and replacing them with uncaring contractors and employees in India doesn't lead to optimal outcomes? Absolutely shocking.
The people in the ivory tower like to pretend that they are the smartest people in the room. The truth of the matter is that they have highly developed self promotion skills and are otherwise compete id--ts. They repeatedly do things that anyone that's even in the same time zone as competence knows will fail. And they take zero responsibility for their own failures when their bad decisions come home to roost. WF will be a case study in business schools for years to come.
I don’t know how TK hasn’t been fired yet.
They let go of the qa people that knew the products due to location strategy and left testing to chance and India resources with no experience. So u reap what you sow
