Did they PIP at 5% at BTC?

I see on campus they PIP the over 50 guys that correct the BTC mistakes, but I suspect they are keeping the BTC guys making the mistakes.

From the data of 600 BTC employees, we have found that 7 of them can produce at HC10 quality. The list of those 7 has been leaked to Chevron Recruiting.

That's an easy question to answer 100% - 1 . You know who the "one" is.

Depends on what group you are in. Higher targets for Financial Services where significant offshoring of roles are planned

The required cut is 4%, NSI is set at 5% knowing that many will leave. You'll pass the PIP if the 4% was achieved. If not, you won't pass your PIP

Anyone who get PIP just take the PIL and resign. Company doesn’t want you!
