401k AND SEVERANCE CUTOFF DATES

Example , say your yearly employment anniversary is Dec 17
And you are laid off Oct 20.

Does 401k match and severance pay (2weeks per year) calculated on day of layoff or after the 60 days.

So in the above example after 60 days on Dec 20 , do you get 401K match and do you qualify for additional 2 weeks for severance

So the answer is yes and yes. No amount of “already asked” will prevent these questions but op if you search you may find other tidbits useful. (Your questions are cut and dried though.)
