I always advocated for the ELT to have their IPF= the CPF. When the proxy form comes out in a few months, we will see the names execs have an individual performance multiplier of 1.5-1.8 which makes no sense. Criminal...

Lowest CPF we had was Fy2020 when it was .74. I’ve never seen it this low. Good thing Fran got her lovely Paris Olympic vacation in prior to today’s call. Be nice if Exec bonuses were tied to CPF.

I can’t wait to lower my effort by 50%. It’s not like I’m ever going to get rewarded for breaking my back. I could care less if they fired me.
My compensation includes everything, thank you. If I’m getting a pay cut because of poor company strategy and performance, I’ll go somewhere else. I don’t have visas to worry about.
I hope you are OK through this, but if you plan your life around _bonuses_, you need to rethink.
