Back during covid I was working 3 remote jobs while at Wells. No one ever found out. Relax and be careful. Usually the only way they will find out is if someone snitches you.
Just freeze your work number, I did that a few years ago and no problem at all. My 2nd job does not conflict with my WF job, though, which I think is the key.
No, they will not contact the other employer. That would be tortious interference.

If you're working two jobs during the same hours, yeah, they could fire you. If you're working two jobs that don't overlap they can go f themselves.
Check the rules etc. on conflicts, code of conduct, etc. on reporting it though if you think it's worrying about.
Pretty effing sad that we have to work a second job at a bank, think about that for a minute Billion dollar industry and must get a second job, the little guys that are trying to make it work! 🙁
I work in HR and our outside employment has to be approved. Not sure about the rest of the bank, except for licensed employees who absolutely must have it approved.

You can put a freeze on your work number data. (Not sure if somewhere in the bowels of your employment agreement WF has you sign away such things.)

No idea but most jobs report to a third party vendor called “the work number” so it would be incredibly easy for anyone to tell if you’re working 2 jobs. I ran my report and it’s a ton of info.
