Just overheard a manager discussing individual volunteer hours being weighted as part of future RIF calculations.

I Heard they were counting how long you spend in the bathroom. 20 Min per day equals 5200 Minutes a year. Thats 86 hrs they are paying you to po-p. Cant have that
@1klr+1u0y5Kbl When VZ submits their we did 2.5 bagillion hours of community service to fufill their promise they should have to list out _all_ the volunteer items with hours. No grouping them and saying local volunteering 10% I wanna see 5,200 hours cleaning my car (saves gas don’t ya know), 20k hours recycling at home, 50k hours using reusable bags, #### hours looking at clouds.

they are working hard to increase vz diversity to 100% Indian, which is extremely diverse and brave.
