Had a call today with my Senior Director - good guy. The LR came up, of course. Middle of the call he said “And what su-ks the most is that impacted people won’t find out for another month”
After a three seconds pause he added “I was made to sign and NDA for this round, shouldn’t have shared that”
And then he asked me not to ask him if I or anyone else from my team was impacted.
Yeah I know the 60 days for WARN and stuff, and people are going to say this is fake. I don’t care people - just sharing because it came from the horse’s mouth and might help (or not) with the anxiety
Maybe we learn more at tomorrow’s leader check-in or Monday’s Beat

It is horrible here living with this! Just focusing on my work is hard with all this in the background. The Cisco Beat is not even worth listening too. It will be the ELTs lying, attempting to justify their selfish actions, and trying making themselves look good.
We should do what Starbucks did and replace the CEO, Fran, and a few others that perpetuate this culture we have of treating folks the way we do. I don't know how the ELTs sleep at night knowing how they are treating us!

Widely known about the NDA. And widely expected about the one month. Still lining up.
I was told about the NDA from a Senior Director. He is in a role where he would know and he would not lie about this.
Welp. I'm not showing up to anything for the next month... easy decision. They'll have to send a drone up to find me...
