When is the Vegas travel? That's cutting it pretty close to call off a big trip.
I heard that there is a director and manager meeting Friday morning. Maybe that's when the "script" will be provided and the LRs will happen after that.

If all/most of your management chain is in RTP, maybe you can feel more relaxed by mid-morning.
If some of your chain is in SJ, it may be a wait.
