ELT had this LR in mind when they forced the summer shutdown. It was never about reducing the liabilities on the balance sheet, or whatever bs SH said. Unbelievable disdain for employees.

Rewards decisions moving to two cycles. First bonus, later merit/promo/stock. Payout,

We have mid-year and end-year bonuses. Now, there will be only a end-year bonus (at another date than merit/promo/stock)?

  1. Most notification to go out on Sept 16
  2. After that, US to move to unlimited PTO policy. Accrued balance PTO will be paid out in Oct.
  3. Rewards decisions moving to two cycles. First bonus, later merit/promo/stock. Payout, vesting and merit increases dates to remain the same.

All of this information will also be shared on Monday Check-In
