Cancel RTO and Change Leadership to restore morale and culture

These are the only two things that need to happen to right the ship. Nobody is buying into any “culture” they are trying to push. I don’t think one person can even tell you what it’s supposed to be.

I understand RTO is a layoff hoax, but if this company is still going to exist in any capacity in the future you need to eliminate the RTO push, and realize that’s dragging productivity, driving burnout, and employee resentment. Nobody trusts the leadership anymore. Changes need to be made at the top, not the bottom.

It’s hilarious the ways they try to justify RTO and claim it as a success. Do they really think we can’t see it’s all BS?

“Move 5000+ miles away.
Sell your 3% interest home for a 6%-7% loan.
Pull kids out of school.
Leave parents who are aging.
Move to dirty, overcrowded, dangerous, higher cost of living cities effectively taking a pay cut.
After moving work for a company that has said it may still lay you off after you sacrifice so much to move.”

Well then, don’t. Get another job. Move on with your life Don’t be a victim.

“Why keep crying about RTO? Leave if you are unable to adapt to change. So much drama over something so trivial.”

"Nobody trusts the leadership anymore. Changes need to be made at the top, not the bottom"

Are you referring to ATT or USA?

RTO is doing what is supposed to do, to pi-s you off, you quit and lose more people. Remember, T does not care for its employees, in fact, RTO is a blantant revolution AGAINST the employees. Why is he going to backtract? Stank is winning. His RTO is winning.

RTO isn't going away until Stankey does. To cancel RTO would require him to admit he was wrong, and that's not going to happen.

Really, your choices are to stick it out, or leave. Sad, but true.

No RTO. I rather stay at home and pretend to work.

The top technical companies in this country are doing RTO. Apple
and google. Tesla etc. Asking you to report to work is nothing new.

if they cancelled it, we'd still have Stank and things would still be toxic.

I identify as WFH (Work From Home), so I haven’t followed RTO for the last 2-3 months. I explained I would get HR involved if any toxic managers tried to question my identity.
