What is going on with Wove? Does the people from PX know anything about Pershing and it's business? Will Robin have any insight on what is going on? Or he is blindly listening to Ainslie?

It takes forever for Wove/PX to deliver. AS would normally flip her loyalties and change jobs and go to another company by now. She says she's sold on staying here for now because Pershing's success depends on it. She'll take the "bag" (surprise) and then leave like all the other Pershing execs with loads of cash, then BNY will consolidate Pershing and layoff more jobs and ship non-essential back office work to India like everything else. AS and the WM sales team may be persuasive in hyping the rebranding. ML is full of himself, and SD-B did nothing meaningful for Product Mgt before she left or was nudged out. Many in the current regime are blaming Suresh, Ali and Ram for current transgressions. It's all hype train.
@ewp it has been a year since your comment.. and lol! We are on board.. will wove get out of the ICU?
The next quality Pershing offering will be the first.
No two entities within the bank are effective at communicating with one another, let along understanding how their actions (or lack thereof) impact other areas of the bank.
As far as “Wove” is concerned, the fact that its rollout is taking priority over trying to fix the underlying issues that exist within Px is what’s concerning here. Rolling out a new product isn’t going to help anything here. In sports you have to master the fundamentals before you can grow and succeed as a team. The same applies here and I’m afraid that they have missed the mark here.
Get on board or get left behind. Wove is where we are headed like it or not.
Could you please rewrite cogently?
