8.19 Stankey Open Mic

Who’s going to ask this dude a real question? These are always so great to hear the way leadership dodges issues but always great context for those that can read between the lines. There should be a way to submit anonymous Q’s in these town halls and open mics, how spicy would that get?!

There are plants in the room to ask questions. And if you notice the answers are long and rambling to use up show time. All online questions are screened and pre submitted are usually made up questions. It’s very rare for him to answer a non scripted or highly edited question. I know I use to work on these meetings

I crack up when they pan the audience and it’s a ton of people that look like they were force fed rotten meat. The people that forgot to get dressed are funny. Triple chins, patchy stubble, people that look and feel like they are 400 lbs, but really they are in the low 200’s but the att stream adds 500% to your faces, shadow mustaches on women, ponytails on men, untucked knit polo knock offs. Then you get the speakers who f’ing wear jeans and sport coats with tennis shoes and wonder why the culture su-ks. Do you people know how garbage you look on the town hall cams? It’s hilarious.

Bring back the Legg band. That helped chase the rats out of the slum neighborhood I live in, in Atlanta when I turn the speakers up. Worst singers I’ve ever heard. The playing was so out of sync that cracked foundations in the crack hood I call Atlanta, were scared back into place.

HR here. Please submit the questions in the chat so we can delete them and hide them from John and other leaders. Meanwhile, we will hand pick bvtt kissers to ask questions that we specifically authorized. If John says something d-mb, we will delete the recording and continue laying off older employees. Get back to work…

Will be a staged production like dnc-corporate media 'interview' , "press conference", "debate". questions known in advanced, softballs, paid actors asking contrived questions

I literally just can't watch these anymore.

With the smiling minion bootlickers over laughing at every poor attempt at humor etc. and the sterile and fake enthusiasm.

It really is nauseating.

The thing with Stankey is that in the first portion of these things he usually sticks pretty much to the script. However, inevitably toward the end there’s a question with his trigger word - culture. Like Trump being asked about Black people or couch fu---r being asked about people without kids, he just can’t help himself and he shows his true colors. You’re guaranteed to get some kind of arrogant, out of touch junk. That’s when last year’s ageist remarks happened that guaranteed that these will never be recorded again.

I used to work in S.A. when Randy was in wait for Ed to die or retire. Us 2nd levels & above were required to attend his impromptu speech and yes there were plants at the mic.
I was called by my VP and instructed to NOT ask Randy any questions because:
a. They knew I would ask a question that Randy could not answer
b. They knew I would ask tough questions
c. My boss knew that he would get a call from his boss asking why I'd ask a question KNOWING that Randy couldn't or wouldn't answer it.

These gatherings are spot on fake.

How about we all agree to NOT watch! Leadership continues to lie and obfuscate and yet want us to shower them with attention.

Don’t watch the open mic! What are you going to gain but more lies and frustration. Think of the bruised ego of only 100 boot lickers watch online and the 50-75 forced to go in person by the local orgs.

They can’t even share the culture survey they promised to share.

Quit being the battered wife that never leaves. Take a small step to show we are tired of the current leadership and culture.

Those selected questions are prescreened, reviewed, constructed & planted in the audience for those to read the script. Someone attempting to ask a real question, would never get the live microphone & probably would be escorted out.
