Did anyone see that there was an article of pay increases for 50 % of workers ? What are your thoughts.

SWE here. Also got bumped from $4 to $8. Now I can splurge on an extra samosa.
Seeing logic to OPs humor.
WF has spent eons investing heavily (committing fraud, various other scandals, tarnished reputation, bad mgmt hires, etc) in making sure 100% of employees have equal opportunity to achieve an INCONSISTENTLY MEETS.
It's not up for debate, this has been a resounding success!
Why not reward everyone for their efforts in building and maintaining WF's grand design of workplace mediocrity?

Yes, am software engineer. My hourly pay rate has increased $4 from $8/hr. Wellsfargo is sooooo generous!!!!
