Strike contingency plans, any non union management worker has gotten drafted?

Wondering if any non union management folks have gotten then contingency email that says they need to report , or is T just running wiht skeleton management crews..

Hold the line union, we are behind you 100%. My peer and I are only doing minimal work on our assignment, the training was a joke and our safety is much more important. The load is building quickly, there is no way we can replace you. This sure isn’t where we want to be, it su-ks for us but we understand what you are trying to accomplish. Don’t worry, plenty of work is waiting upon your return, you deserve every penny you get, we respect what you do on a daily basis!

I’m not local to my assignment and there has been no update. Considering the time it will take to get me down there and set up, the company is clearly not planning on this being a long strike at this point.

Either that or they are way behind the window to effectively transition to the contingency plan.

I am ready to go. I had to buy boots for training and not get reimbursed. I might as well use them again. Right now boot cost per day is $120. Every day I am deployed reduces my boot cost per day.

I had to report yesterday and today to work orders and repairs along with five other managers, our “supervisor” told us that area normally has 17 techs and that our numbers the last two days were phenomenal, that he had never had numbers that good , ever! Said he hoped the strike never ends and when it does he is requesting to keep us!!

The people running this contingency planner ignorant! There are people within my city that are being sent outside the city and there are people 10 states to the north that they have coming to the South it's crazy. On Friday we got an email from the contingency supervisor to say to show up Saturday morning when we got there they told us to go home because nobody got the official email, just ignorant fools!

Poor little Jeremy, the little boy wonder “Robin” to Stankey’s cartoon “Batman” persona. Whatever shall he do when the RTO reports can’t be relied upon due to management contingency assignments. He’ll have to pause the ATS wrecking ball. Then he’ll have to have the talk with Johnny “batman” to discuss why the swamp isn’t draining fast enough.

I've been refreshing these threads since Friday afternoon. Appreciate the good information and, honestly, some of the pettiness has made me laugh. Hubs has known he was on the list for a few months and watched the videos that make him "qualified" and we want the best for the workers. It's been a couple decades of playing Last Man Standing and I'm tired on his behalf and yours. We're quite a distance from SC.

One of my teammates has been told he will need to report but as of this morning they hadn’t told him when. Apparently they’re only calling in people with local assignments (not requiring hotel) for now.
