Seriously does anyone know how many 34 Potential + do we have? I heard about 400 which sounds like about 300 too many

I would be more curious how many people who have 34 potential actually make it to exec? Does the company get it right 50% of the time, or less?
@1cjt+1u4Lsoh8 The 2023 10-K states we have 62k regular employees. The only breakdown in that document is 60% of global workforce is from outside the U.S.
Do we really still have 60k employees? Anyone have a breakdown by country?
With 60k employees, I actually think 300 would be an incredibly small number of executives. That’s only 0.5% of the work force.
I saw this on another post. Where the he-l did this estimate come from? Managerial track potentials over 30 begin at 34 and there are more than 400 executives in the company. You’re already past the estimate without even counting people who aren’t executives but have the potential.
