What’s the best way to sink your boss who is a pathological liar, misleads you through out the year, double faced and says completely opposite things to you vs his boss, ignores KOs feedback and sinks you to the bottom and claims that you sunk because it’s all relative and other meaningless BS

If you think HR is on your side, we need what you’re smoking, HR is not, and never has been, here for the employees. They are here to keep EM from getting sued. They don’t care about our problems with supervisors. We ARE the problem in their eyes.

My ranking feedback today bore no resemblance to the pre ranking feedback, or my original KO feedback. There was new later KO feedback that was more important clearly and led to my poor ranking (in a very competitive rank group...)

We just had an emhc tour by zamora and it was a show. All the resident boot lickers and a kissers were on. I sat back and had to bite my lip to stop from laughing at the show. They were true to form kissers and there was some dancing as well. I am sure zamora needed a towel after the show. They were like piglets trying to get at the mom's teet. It was a feeding frenzy. They sure spun the capabilities of the lab with no mention of BTC or outsourcing.

That is all this company is about perception and faking it. Hard work is for fools. Act smart in front of the bosses and during tours. It is not about the work output it is about how you do the work and who you use to get the work done. If you don t understand this you are sc--wed. I tell all the newbies impress the bosses and you will rise. We are not an oil chemical company we are a popularity reality tv show. It is like we are back in high school and only the popular people excel. So get the lip balm out and slather up you lips. I am like the bad kids sitting in the back row making fun of the other show offs.

Me and a couple of the others reported them to HR about some unethical favoritism. The supervisor we reported was shocked. Nothing was officially done but the mere mention of this and investigation tarnished their assent. The unfair supervisor left shortly after this and we got another. As I told a supervisor once as I go down I am going kicking. They left me alone after this. You can hurt them as well during the anonymous surveys. I have had a few run ins with HR and problems with supervisors and employees. They hate me but don't mess with me anymore. So you can fight back just have some evidence and witnesses. Remember when the snake swallows you down you can still attack while being eaten. Fight till the end as I will. Kick them for me.

KO feedback is meaningless and how you build your own brand and perception matters and your attitude of vengeance is unlikely to help you improve. The HC countries are under pressure to cut cost and give minimal raise (hence rank low) and your performance outcome is perhaps more to do with macroeconomic factors than your own thinking about politics. As a supervisor I would advise to focus on improving your brand and be constructive to your own self.
