It's never been clearer that's Cisco's biggest problem. Just completely horrible, incompetent leadership.

That's been as clear as day for years.
The one thing they’ve had lots of practice at is firing people for their mistakes but they still su-k at it.

they forced everyone to take a week off in July as a second shut down so they don't have to pay extra payout with the new PTO policy. The most dishonest company in the world
Per the beat they started planning for the LR in late July. Why not early July or even June? They had access to the sales numbers and forecasts. My guess is that the ELT just wanted the stock to pop at earnings. And they’re so incompetently bad that they realized it too late in Q4 to have it timed out properly. The amateur hour continues at the Cisco ELT.
