IHX be prepared for the massive sweep from Asset Protection looking to make as many possible terminations as possible. There will be many interviews over the next coming weeks looking for minor or made up violations to reduce headcount before the upcoming turnover to Prime.

Don't hate on the sales person for a system that gives wrong info. They plug in the address and sell what is listed as available. They're definitely not busting out CAD drawings and calculating loop lengths manually.
My whole team is just got interviewed for trade-in discrepancies. Thank goodness I am new. This job is looking grime. I hate scamming old people.
Just got interviewed for account access when I 100% scan ID’s. They made it very “attorney” like and did not like my answers. They were definitely looking at me to flip on my ad. NorCal region
It should not be hard to remove IHX scamm, I mean sales persons from the payroll.
I will miss them though. Those door kn-----s that told customers that had working 20 Mbs cable internet and sold them AT&T DSL saying it was was faster even though they were 15kt from the dslam and were lucky to get .748 Mbs. Might get email to work with no pictures.
I made 45 dollars an hour connecting those circuits in the Central office. I continued to make 45 dollars an hour working with the prem/wire techs as they tried to do the install. When the tech had to throttle down the "25" Mbs they were promised to .758 Mbs, oddly enough the customer canceled.
Guess what? I got payed 45 dollars an hour to disconnect it in the Central office.
God Bless AT&T and the massive incompetency that is pervasive.

I've been trying to tell people they're 100% getting rid of this channel. All the ads I work with are either looking to retire, move back to rsm spots, or leave entirely. Same with our directors too. Notice how many have left or retired recently, it's not a coincidence. It's honestly really sad because the channel was great at one point, but the rising metrics have forced people to do shady things just to try and hit goal. But ever since they began hiring more for D2D, we have few quality dispatches and have to rely on other sources to even attempt to hit goal.
I know there's a lot of hate for the channel, and for good reason, but there are lots of ethical ads and ihes that truly care and do their best. It's such a shame to see us lose all that talent.
