500 people total for the 8/20 wave. More to come, the last two 'Tuesdays' have actually been lighter than avg for this year. Anyway, COO and tech hit the hardest, as usual.

I'll play, but in all honesty, it won't help anyone.......................sorry.

1. Senior Software Engineer (B.S. title that was changed).
2. Des Moines - Home.
3. Seeins' as I was working from home,I reckon not.
4. 30 glorious years.
5. one other. I had to have a contact on the inside see who it was......
6. I was as pleased as a pig in sh*t to finally get the hook.
7. I was drinking (in celebration, not depression) during the meeting, since when I saw it the night before, I KNEW what it meant. Happy that wells had decided my retirement for me, 'cause the place HAD REALLY gone downhill, I just couldn't give up the money they were paying me.

Boise. Approx 30 laid off. Various years on. Various remote and non remote. Most were relieved though sad to say goodbye to co-workers. Handled as only WF can do, with automatons delivering the news in groups and no preparation for the fall out, some immediate to business functionality.
