HCL just laid off almost all of the VZ rebadged employees today. Our last day is exactly 1 year from our arrival 11/1. If you come here it is a death sentence.

I think the biggest dumpster fire of the prepaid team is Nihit. Everyone I seen that reported to him are just as miserable as those that report to Vani, unless they are Indian. Then they are taken care of. I would never want to work on that team.

Prepaid brands will be another Yahoo or bluejeans, its just a matter if time before VZ either sells them or writes them off. Systems and customer service is the worst

HCLosers, Inf0sh1t and other Indian IT companies excel at playing hot potato with projects. They make a ton of money to do nothing. If it was a sport in the Olympics, India would finally earn a gold medal

Who’s next in line to HCL on Verizon payroll. The TH meetings didn’t answer it the direct question.

Vz systems particularly the pre paid brands are terrible.

Running the IT department solely on Indian labor is like outsourcing the entire kitchen of a high-end restaurant to a single chef from a different country, that learned to cook somewhere else, with different ingredients and targeting different customers.

Indian resources cannot even speak English, they lie on their resumes, they do bait and switch (resource interviews and another one shows up), they have multiple concurrent jobs (unlimited number of sick days and PTO).

GTS knows this but they look the other way as they are getting a piece of the pie on the big contracts. Mr. Smith in Value GTS knows all about this. these practices should be investigated.

Try to port your number into a Verizon Value brand and see how long it takes, exactly our IT systems are C#R#A#P

Verizon dumped me to HCL last year after giving them 35 years of my working life. We don’t care anymore. HCL stays off our backs and no one cares. This is what it has come to.

I don’t have to deal with them but I heard it’s nothing but problems from the teams that do
