SAMPATH and VIVEK, running the IT shop with all their friends and family. I've been in meetings where they have a different demeanor and tone to non-Indian employees. they like "YES SIR" (while they move the head like bubble heads) resources. they were allowed too much power. the reality is that Wallstreet do not even identify with them. they have to go, bring in some real C suite executives, the street likes to see IV leagues at that level.

At least for VSP, I heard they were looking a total salary reduction of 5pct. We band 4, I heard they exceeded that. Who knows?

The boss years ago said he was trying to get total employees headcount under 100,000 k employees both management and craft. They are well on there way to reach that number and may come well below that. If you outsource the work and place half management roles with vendors along with the dwindling union numbers left around 30,000 employees left under union you can easily get to about 75,000 employees worldwide.
