He’ll get the rif next round. Only 10% take out of 15k eligible for VSP was reported in GNT. Reorganizing and then big chop coming November at least another 2500 employees in GNT.

My Director checked all the DEI boxes, and he’s an absolute mess. Poor leadership, and no regard for the team. It’s not their fault though, they were a diversity hire and is now in a position where they don’t know how to do the job.
90% of what's considered leadership needs to go.
