It's a shame, the echo chambers at the PSG 28+ level are very limiting for our company. The CES is an extremely ridiculous way to seek feedback. We have a company of experts and we never consult them in a meaningful way, leaders assume they understand and don't get dirty or meet with actual experts, they rely on the echo chamber of di--heads that spent 2 years in many roles confirm their biases and don't try to honestly seek feedback from people that could change their chosen direction. This leads to things like building LNG plants on islands, bad engineering, planning and execution for MCP, major transformations that deliver nothing of value, and now a massive 1billion center for outstanding performance in the field of excellence in Bangalore.
I'm not mad, I'm disappointed. I'll be working hard with the people I respect that also work hard, but management has completely lost all respect, they are performative clowns.

Definitely loosing…. Board needs to step in and we need to move on from MW - scary thing is who is next because I don’t see any ‘leaders’ in waiting…. NH was my hope - he seemed to have some integrity.
