AW hates white guys (he's never hired one and drives them out ASAP, Paul Camp lasted less than 6 months before becoming a Partner at GS). His Lady Leadership team are mostly incompetent (SJ and CB especially; MM who's a horrible person but smart).
GTM is an overall po-p production, I'd run away as fast as you can find another job.
I am in GTM and honestly, have no complaints. There is incompetent people in all areas, but overall I feel it is a positive LOB. I am being laid off because I'm not in a core location, otherwise I had no intention in leaving for somewhere else.
TM has a lot of incompetent management and THEY are the issueQ
Sales leadership is pretty good and I have never had a bad manager in GTM. However, there is ALOT of changes going on so it has been pretty stressful lately but I’d imagine that’s the entire bank.
AW is notoriously difficult to work with. Production issues are constant fire drills. Women in management getting laid off. Work is going to I&P. People in non core locations are getting laid off just like all other groups. As an added bonus if you get laid off in a non core location your review will be falsely downgraded so you aren't eligible for a bonus.
It's a mess. The CIO was fired a couple of months ago. Everyone on the apps is overworked from cuts. Production has had major issues. SMEs are gone.
+1 pretty good and a lot of changes
