Honestly wondering what it's going to be like post layoffs. We've barely dug out from the February LR and it's not been an easy haul.

If your Morale is down and you feeling stressed and depressed, FK said Cisco offers free mental health counseling! Maybe we should take it, might save the jobs of them counselors! If you mean what are Ciscos moral values - well ELT has none - that’s why they suggested using counseling ! They’re going to hit you below the belt and then ask some else else to give you the ice pack
Don’t worry. Fran will pull us together as a family again after we axe all the deadwood around here. Just like last time.
Morale will be fine, those that are left will be told how great they are they will move on until the next one. I would love to be at GSX next week when they are telling you how great everything is even though these cuts are waiting for you when you get back home.
Moral are unbelievable high, everybody are excited and looking forward receive notice September 16!
When leaders have no moral, employees have no morale.
My team leader is pushing harder as before after LR news. He is doing pretty good and save his position pretty well. His boss like this. No wonder some group become toxic working environment. Engineer are so scared , he got 4.x on survey. He want 5.0 and threat the team next time it has to be 5.
It’s abundantly clear the Chuck and Fran couldn’t care any less about employee morale. Their actions speak much louder than their words.
Things are just going to get worse from here. This is just the first wave as Gary struggles to restructure the dumpster fire created by these two over the last decade. You have to decide if you’re willing to attempt to ride that restructuring out with no guarantee that you’ll survive.
