Hello everybody the most important thing during stressful times is to make sure you getting enough sustenance and treating yourself. Some suggestion include

  • get you some Buffalo boneless wings and tendies along with a large fry
  • for a tropical vacation get you some starburst and skittles and wash them down with some orange fanta
  • get you you a Lil Yachty Platinum Deluxe Rap Snack Mystery Sampler™️ at participating gas stations
  • wash down a bag of fun onions with some Alize

If you do this, you will be farther ahead of the stress, hassle, etc, when you loose your job.
I say when because you WILL loose your job at some point.
Think of it in Vegas terms.
In life, you are either "up or you are down". You will not be up all the time and you will be down at some point in life. You need to prep for the down times. Once you do that, you can be in a better place and be in the driver's seat for most of your down times.

Living below your means is one way to start and not carrying unnecessary credit card debts, having 6-12 months of emergency savings etc. take long breath and try diverting your mind, better yourself by learning new skills for your career.
