Hey Shart, show you actually give a shart and answer #1 question on employees mind. What is the deal with all the layoffs? Will you allocate another billion or two for more terminations? Will all remotes be gone by 2026? Inquiring minds would like to know. Could care less about your latest yacht purchase or what you eat at Thanksgiving.

We should ask him who his favorite football team is, oh wait.

Question #1 from the "audience"-what can we do to be more diverse? Question #2-can we be doing more for the environment? Each of those answers are 10 minute filibusters. It literally happens every single town hall and I won't get infuriated and watch any more.

“I plan to skip that waste of time meeting. It is held so Charlie can mark his checkbox that he did it.” If he shows up.

But to be fair, let’s not drag a fellow workers name in the mud. We need to respect Denise. Instead, we need to ask him why he thought going to DC at the last minute last time was more valuable for the firm than his employees are.

But if we ask real questions how will we find out what Chuckie’s favorite Halloween costume was or what his favorite Halloween candy is.

He couldn’t even pronounce her name, you expect him to take questions on it?

Even if the ONLY questions received were about Denise, they would be ignored, just like any employee-impacting topics (layoffs, hiring, promotions, you name it).

I plan to skip that waste of time meeting. It is held so Charlie can mark his checkbox that he did it.

Wells Fargo has such a productive and supportive work cultures, that it is hard to think the DP situation could occur. Wells is taking this occasion to tell you how it is addressing the gaps in communication and oversight that has contributed to such a tragedy. It is firmly committed to making sure Wells Fargo is a safe and friendly place to work. We are to unlearn the social distancing practices and learn to be collaborative as we return to the office.

Why bother? Just be ignored. They preselect questions. I wouldn’t be surprised if they created them themselves. I mean it was asked “Sol what’s your favorite flavor of ice cream?” Embarrassing
