He's an elitist, detached from reality in every sense. To him, we are all just tokens on his playboard. He moves us on and off the board, left and right, up and down. We suffer, and it's all just a game to him...

This is an upgrade? This dude's publicity shot is the definition of smug, particularly when you realize he's only here because he told Jamie Dimon he was bored. Now he fires people for being the very thing that got him ahead. It's rare to find people who pull the ladder up behind them so publicly and with so much hatred for their own past.
I had positive emotion when I first saw him, but after seeing what Wells has become under his tenure I get nauseous every time I hear his name.
It seems our leadership across the board is incompetent - now my reports are being d-mbed down because our top ‘leader’ doesn’t understand technology.
He was one of very few people who would take the CEO job which is why the Board approved his comp package.
Literally not one wanted the job.
This said, he is having to eat a sh*t sandwich made mostly by that incompetent tu-d John Stumpf.
The decisions he is making are not easy and they are also harsh. But, the fact of the matter is that Charlie has to slash about 20,000 - 30,000 jobs in order to improve our metrics. We have an asset cap in place. The only other way to improve our metrics is to cut costs and to cut employees.
There is no easy way to do this.
But, next time you see John Stumpf in Arizona, give him a warm and welcome, "F*ck you" for creating such a toxic and bloated organization.
