Thread regarding Sam's Club layoffs

Caps need to be raised

Getting sc--wed over once again …been with the company 37 years , been at my cap for quite a while without a raise and those of us at our caps don’t get this raise they are offering everyone else . Thank you Sam’s club for once again sc--wing over your loyal associates who have been working for u for so long . We are the people your management teams go to for everything cause they don’t know how to do most of the things in the club ! If u want to be more like Costco … be better to all of your associates

The caps need to be raised. They’ve needed to be raised for a long time. Long term associates are relied upon for everything. We are the ones who come to work everyday, on time and know all the ins and outs. Yet people who have been there short term who have zero work ethic come in at a high starting wage that took long term associates years to achieve. They need to go back to performance based raises and cut this percentage cr-p.

You are getting a 6 percent payout. I do agree the caps need to be raised also.
