Jeff McElfresh is no friend of the employees. He might not be as openly antagonistic towards employees but at his core, he does not think much different than Stankey does.

"...you went from having 60 days to 2 weeks to try and find another job within T."

Think of how ridiculous the last part of that sentence has now become. "...try and find another job within T..."

Things to accomplish by year end:

  1. Layoff 40% of the workforce.
  2. Collect bonus for said head count reductions.
  3. Retire.
  4. Come back as consultant.

In that same town hall that was at the same time the new guidelines came out if your job role was surplussed, you went from having 60 days to 2 weeks to try and find another job within T.
McElfresh said in that same town hall the reason for the change is “because there is no place for you here”.

I remember the year that McElfresh first promoted up. His first town hall and email was to tell everyone to look around them, that most likely the people you see would be gone in a few months. That was in 2018 or 2019. He's a piece of garbage too.

Most likely BOD meeting will be about increasing Stankey’s compensation and add few million $$ as a bonus for this year performance. He is doing great job laying off thousands of employees ans saving T money.

We wish.
I’d never say anything is impossible, but I see this as exceedingly unlikely.
We are going through a volatile period for the economy, yes Stank has done an awful job, but removing him may do more damage to the stock price and be a signal of internal strife/failure (duh cause it’s true) so I suspect even if they do want him gone, it will be later when the market has stabilized a bit.

Agree, you could see it in the last correspondence from the company pertaining to the CP Managers.

Those messages would have come from John, but they chose to use Jeff instead.

The change is coming.

Stanley isn’t leaving until 2026 at the earliest. He is implementing his cost cutting plan with BOD approval and the results won’t be fully in place until the end of 2025.

We can only hope. Mcelfresh isn’t a bad guy. Met him before and was surprised at how likable he actually is. No big ego, seemed humble and genuinely interested in meeting folks. I think he would be a big win for the company morale and culture honestly. His only issue I think is that he comes across as a class clown and probably wouldn’t be perceived as serious enough.

The Stink is not going anywhere until he can exercise his change of control golden parachute and sell off Toxic-T for a shiny nickle.

Problem is, the Stink F U C K E D Toxic-T up so badly, no one will buy it even for a nickle!

Besides, the mentally ill megalomaniac Stink has more abuse for Shareholders, Customers and Employees. He has a new pair of silk pajamas which for his next Pajama Party!

Stock is up, no way anyone is leaving. If anything, it’ll be double down on the current strategy to accelerate the oricess.
