Regarding "A round of applause folks, we have another L3/L4 in our midst." That's the sh**ty response/post I've read in 3yrs following this forum. Mos Def surprised got 4 upvotes. Coming from former employee bc9779. [doing well in 2024].
Last week, our AVP gave us our occasional lecture (like we’re children) about "living our designation" due to badge misuse, leaving early, and some terminations. If the office was a conducive workspace, no one would mind adhering to the rules. However, the noise, lack of seating, and parking difficulties make it challenging to focus and be productive.
A 3rd party company is managing RTO. Corporate real estate was the first to get laid off
Complaining about RTO... we will be getting results very soon. Any day now.

Everyone that is anyone knows that morale doesn’t need any help being dragged further into the abyss. Nobody could ever do a better job at trampling morale than t itself.
