Who thinks that complaints are ever anonymous? HR isn’t there to protect you, they protect the company.

It’s also being used to justify location strategy… recently heard an exec say that “our surveys show that employees in non-hub locations are less engaged” which is absolute bs and why I am not taking the survey this year
