Then why do managers nationwide carry only 54% of the dedicated targets that their sellers do on the dashboard? Can you think of any other part of the business where managers are held to a fraction of their team's goals? It doesn’t exist. These inflated targets seem designed to set people up for failure, fostering a constant state of anxiety. The higher the targets, the more it feels like a game of throwing things at the wall and seeing what sticks. It’s a complete disaster.

The only way to do it is migrations off legacy. But then you get absolutely fu---d on the Leg TBR 25% bucket they implemented this year….after urging us to move customer off legacy. Not to mention we are moving into October next week and they haven’t even set your legacy TBR quota for this CURRENT YEAR!?!?
It’s just a way to fire people and not surplus them with a $60k check. If you are a level 2 and doing everything above board it’s almost impossible to hit the dedicated fiber target of 4, $1100 in VAS and 8 broadband.
New targets are set higher with zero help from management to get to them. Like children all they want is MORE with zero additional help from innovation, tools or pricing... just MORE!!!
