I would’ve thought it would’ve come by now before the annual compensation deferral cycle in October. Are they getting laid off soon? I haven’t seen changes.

L3s smell funny
Demotions will come AFTER you relocate for RTO. Nothing like a big drop in compensation after spending thousands to move.

2 weeks notice plus 18 months. The RTO initiative was announced early last year! Everyone has known it was coming.

I was also told 6/30/2025 by my director and VP.
At least, that’s what they’re doing for us.
Technical though, so, dunno what other orgs are doing.

9/27/24 - Receive letter
10/11/24 - Last date to tell them NO
6/1/25 - Latest date to be off payroll
They will give you 2 weeks notice before removing you from payroll. Which is 2 weeks more than I will give them after they way they have treated their employees for the last few year.

I've mentioned several times that Legg org has letters going out this week for Wave 3 (most L2) to give answer to relocation by next month and report to new location (if following job) Q1 2025. If no, then off payroll probably by end of year. People have downvoted the he-l out of it and said no way.

Timeline is bogus. Only an id--t would select an arbitrary and inconsequential timeline as Q1 2025. The good news is that it means it won’t happen and they are only concerned with layoffs up until the end of 2024. By then they should have freed up enough space for younger hires. Once they close the chapter on the big crater they made in 2024 we can all look forward to them acting like nothing ever happened.
