Some colleagues of mine want to quit because they are fed up. Recent stream of layoffs in the background of the strike didn’t help how people feel about working at T. We all are in fear for our livelihoods, but we shouldn't allow fear to make us hostage to a company nor anxiety and anger make us do rash decisions. Why should any of us leave for free and make it easier for T?

I did leave due to the stress of having to commute several hundred miles in order to get to the office. I was not offered a relocation letter with possible severance (which I would have taken). I did have a virtual position, but there was still pressure to get to the office - and was told flat out that there would be no promotions or transitions available to me. So I left- and am so glad that I did. I think sticking around hoping for something to happen isn't the best strategy, if you have alternatives. Life is too good to waste or to put on hold, waiting for T to make a move in your "favor", whatever that might be. I am fortunate and am doing very well. So make the right decision FOR YOU- and doing things out of spite isn't always the right path for your mental and physical health.
I’m here for life.
Don’t leave out of spite or stress Just leave
I will hold the door open for Stankey and his minions to leave. Me? Not going anywhere until they pay me to leave.

Keep telling yourself this Pops. Two of my closest peers were laid off. Swept up in the Waves. They ran the show and the projects they were involved with crashed and burned.
I make it a point to speak bluntly and without filters each and every single time any issue comes up that is a result of their mo--nic decisions.

The new T. Your world … well… just your world. nothing else.
No one overwhelmed by fear is going to leave on their own. These are the employees who know they have no other option and will never leave until receiving their layoff notice. These are the employees with outdated skills who are the primary target for reduction by leadership.
Nobody gonna leave out of spite or stress.
We just not gonna work whenever we want to spite or we feel a little stress
Every time I see Jeremy try to put on his fake, insecure, cocky attitude as he trembles on the town halls, I dig my heels in deeper.
