Plano & “Future Richardson” Employees - Forced to Downtown Dallas

Numerous Plano assigned folks (ATS org) are now being forced to commute/relocate to downtown Dallas under the guise of “collaboration” starting November 1st; Many folks are upset due to the additional costs and commute times this will add

Additionally, those in Wave 2 who agreed to relocate and assigned to Richardson or Plano will also be forced to work in the downtown Dallas location. Some of those folks had already put deposits down on rentals near Plano & Richardson offices in preparation for their move later this year

Plano offices planned to closed several years ago. RTO extended their life. Office remodels downtown finish, more offices outside dt will close.

The words of someone who hasn't done it. Clueless little company sycophant.

This doesn't meet the definition of "forced".

“They don’t want you in Plano, Richardson or Dallas. Don’t you see that. They don’t want you at all. They want you to quit so they don’t have to pay you a
severance. That is Stankey’s game.”

Isn’t this the su-kiest company in the world? What kind of sc-mbag human in charge would manipulate and te--orize people to this degree?

On the bright side, Dallas is where Stankey can be seen grabbing a coffee or lunch from time to time. He always arrives with others, head held super high like he’s some kind of overlord, lmao. I always do something childish like cough extra loud or bang a chair. It doesn’t matter what, but something obnoxious to make sure he hears me. It is childish but I just don’t want him expecting employees, especially ME, to be quiet like a mouse because he walked in.
Others have started to do something similar so the more the merrier. What is he going to do, fire the whole lunchroom because they coughed?

Traffic
Toll roads
Paid parking
Overpacked Dallas Office
Can you find a parking spot if you don’t show up at 5am? Probably not.

The downtown Dallas office su-ks.

WAKE UP! They can't barrow $$ to pay the bills anymore bc they have more debt than most countries... They will ask you to move and move and move until you quit bc they don't want to go through official layoffs as it will further damage the worthless stock they hold.

“Needs of the business.”

Oh yes, the business NEEDS you to move from NJ to Richardson then to Dallas and then predictably laid off. What kind of business is that; the chicken legg business?

Oh that little rascal Jeremy is up to no good again.
Mr. potato chip on his shoulder himself believes he’s the honorable one. Instead he’s shaking those ATS employees up like a bucket of popcorn trying to get the kernels to the bottom. When is the little guy moving to Dallas?

Plano to downtown is not a fun commute in Dallas. I don’t envy anyone making the change in work location. Plus, they are going from free parking to pay to park. In addition to that, they may have to pay tolls both ways depending on whether they take 75 or the toll road.
