Thread regarding Honeywell International Inc. layoffs

When was the last time HON took meaningful action to benefit employees?

It's always cuts, lost benefits, adding more work to our plate... When will something positive happen to us at this place?

Don't you know? You are hired to sacrifice for the executives, whom are the only real employees of the company.

Word has it that management is considering awarding all employees a small travel-size Vas---ne that will ease the impact of corporate mandates.

@3lca+1uFddRbh Spot on. It is happening to a lot of corporations just that Honeywell is particularly bad, perhaps even the worst.
It is not sustainable and will damage companies in the long term, more independent businesses with an employee/customer focus will have huge opportunity in the next decade. We are at peak greed right now.

Look at who owns significant blocks of HON stock...Blackrock, State Street, and similar vicious profit mongers. This means that the company will continue to be cannibalized at the expense of employees and customers to feed these monsters. The C-suite and Board exist to ensure that. If you are sticking around waiting for the ELT to get a conscience, you will wait forever.

We see the nepotistic environment where incompetent buffoons are promoted straight into management to lord it over people far smarter and far more ethical than they are.

Did you miss the "throw paper towels in the trash" signs in all the bathrooms? How else would we have known?

Thank-you Honeywell!!!

I am hoping for a beneficial layoff myself. I'll take my meager severance and be done with this company.
