Been at COR Retail for 4 years, I got put on a counseling for “behavioral” bull. I put in for a transfer to the call center near me. This was a month ago. I kind of feel mislead by my CWA friends, they said it’s not a sale job. Today, my first day, and it’s being SLAMMED DOWN OUR THROATS how we have to sell! Like what the he-l? The position description said “may have to sell” NOT SELL SELL SELL! The silver lining is a few months from now I’ll have so much PTO to look for another job, So I’ll stick it out. I also hate that if I miss ONE DAY in 90 days they basically said I’m Fired! I do like sitting on my butt though tbh! Sick of helping re--rded customers face to face!

My advice would be don’t wait until January to gtfo
