I completed mine reluctantly but nailed them in almost every question. Truth hurts.

I worked at another bank a few years back - the group head went nuts over a VERY low rating on a survey question "Do you expect management to do anything as a result of this survey". The funny thing was another senior guy on the call asked him if he could name one action/improvement based on the previous years survey. He could not.

I have been getting too many of those pathetic and desperate requests to complete the survey. I have started marking them as spam.

Anyone else feel disgusted with how many senior leader emails are being sent to fill out this survey? It has turned me off so much I decided not to do it. It's not like they listen to the feedback anyways. Look at RTO and location strategy.

I do the same thing with the global survey emails that I did with the vaccine emails from 2021.

I refuse and all the messages get ignored or deleted to take it! I have been here over 20 years and have taken it every year only to see WFB gets worse. So take your survey and shove it. !

The morale IS low.

They're now sending frequent emails and some managers are checking if folks have done the survey, even though it's COMPLETELY VOLUNTARY. People are being coerced to take it, because participation is so low. But leadership" doesn't actually listen and do anything substantial.

While employees may take it, they likely won't write how they really feel, thereby confirming the biases - we love working here, we get everything we need, diversity it great.

In reality, people are ashamed to work in this inefficient behemoth that has been outsourcing their jobs to inefficient India. They hate working from sad, lonely, outdated offices and prefer to work from home. They don't get the tools they need because "cost efficiencies". They have lazy coworkers who can't do their jobs well. What did I miss?

Really love those almost daily emails from CEO-1, -2, -3, etc. "encouraging" us to set aside time to answer the survey.

Lack of engagement/morale sure, but more to the point is a conviction that “leadership” will do nothing consequential with the results. It is leadership that is not engaged.

THE BEST SURVEY RESPONSE YOU CAN PROVIDE IS IGNORE IT ALTOGETHER.
