we are also awaiting patiently to see how long the incompetence of Raja Thippavajjula. will be tolerated, every delivery in Value GTS is a bag of worms, bugs, cr-p. the function that he is supposed to full fill is non existent. he lacks the credentials, to be there , he is another Jay Smith Transplant, he is another favor, he is the result of kissing a-s, he is the epidemy of incompetence. we believe his days are numbered, just like Scotty Deloachy's should be. we will be wathing.

SCOTTY DELOACHY has eroded value segment in Miami to the point that it would now take years to turn the ship around, I am impressed he survived the latest round of layoffs, that just goes to tell how incompetent's a layer or two above him are VIVEK!. The way it usually works when the higher-ups are targeted for "retirement" or a so-called "better role in another organization" (aka 'removal'), in large corporate settings, they're allowed time for a new job search and not included in the rank & file layoffs and/or VSP's.
We might see this group quietly disappear within the next quarter.
In our org its all over 40 all non-indian. Talk to a lawyer before you sign that agreement!!

Dude if this is real, they are ripping tech apart... I was a software engineer and was part of the RIF the week before the VSP was announced. A lot of us were laid off. A lot more offered the VSP and now another RIF this soon?
