During a segment of an all-hands CCIBT call imploring her thousands to complete the survey, Berwick brags how the offshore component of her team is beating the rest of her team in participation rate.
Mind-boggling clueless.

Everyone says nothing ever comes out of these surveys so dont bother to complete. I do the opposite. I cover it in a team meeting. We go through and fill it out as a team leaving one item voted low we all agree on in case we have to do follow up on something. We have 100% participation, never see nor send reminders and the same exact thing happens with the results......nothing. Git r dunn and forget about it.

Lol have you seen her? It’s basically Pat from SNL
“You could talk to her husband Kevin Moss about it.” Kevin reports to her. Is he realty her husband or are they in a relationship?
Maybe just my impression, but I get the sense that many of the off shore people have plenty of time on their hands to do these sorts of things. Look at the teams for the hack-a-thon. Vast majority are folks in India while US folks were far less represented near as I can tell. I'm not entirely surprised if leaders there gather up people and pretty much sit them down to do the survey. It's pointless anyway-- I don't think I've ever seen leadership actually do anything about survey results.
More #wellsfargoshitshoe. Berwick is nothing more that a Charlie suuck up. No leadership skills just another over paid corp clone.
They will use the fake offshore values to skew the results and claim Wells Fargo employees are happy.
Yeah, that team is really top isn’t it. Maybe get your house in order before telling people how good their replacements are. CCIBT - hmm, ain’t so hot under current leadership.
It's an open secret that the offshore operations managers gather their team together to complete the survey. The managers walk up and down the row, confirming that each employee submits perfect scores. Then the managers go to their senior manager to get credit for what a good job they did on the surveys!
Assuming she hasn’t outsourced him as well.
