So besides the multiple daily reminders, I now have a 15 minute mtg on my calendar to take the survey... what is the deal? I just took on 4x the work. I'm busy earning chuckles bonus over here can't you just leave me be? This feels like harassment for something that's not mandatory 🙄

But everyone from OC to managers sending out direst emails and calendar invites.
They can't seem to understand we don't want to participate in their BS survey, which they ignore anyway.
Engagement and participation only benefits the higher ups, they want to say X% participated, not giving them the satisfaction!
The survey does not claim to be anonymous, it claims to be confidential. So, they know exactly who you are.
Yep, received a 15 minute meeting invite as well. The invite listed everyone who hadn’t taken it yet. So much for anonymity.
THE BEST SURVEY RESPONSE IS NO RESPONSE. IN SO DOING YOU APPRISE LEADERSHIP THEY ARE WHOLLY NOT TRUSTED DESPITE ALL THEIR ATTEMPTS TO GET YOU TO RESPOND.
I completed the survey the first day but I still get the Outlook invites and personal requests from leaders and each time I have to repeat that I already did it.
Has anyone that's taken the survey received outlook invites?
If you do not accept or decline a message and just leave it in your inbox, it will go on your calendar as Tentative. That is how outlook works. Our LOB head sent one out.
So, the 'meeting' was automatically added to your outlook? That's a new one to me. They MUST be desperate.
Looking forward to the multiple emails tomorrow to get me to take it.
