When you retire and on a fix income:

  1. Inflation hurts you really bad. It does everyone but if you didn't count on it...
  2. paying taxes on social security income is the last bite.

this is excellent advice. pretty much follow some of Dave Ramsey's '7 baby steps' as well as you can (I know not every one is in a position to do so-- youth and a hard scrabble life) you'll do okay.

Yes, just like that, 1 trillion is the new interest payment on our government debt.

Our labor is just slowly being inflated or stolen and one day it will be a sudden. That day is coming soon.
