They present a remarkably predictable spectacle of a farce. They dedicate 40 minutes to mutual commendation of those on the panel with the leader, followed by 10 minutes highlighting their so called accomplishments, and conclude with 5 minutes of softball questions.
Loved the diatribe of if I were overseeing a department, I would prefer to be present at the table aiming for the highest percentage of survey completions on my department. However, participation remains entirely voluntary. The new leadership continues to deliver the same tired punchline to the same tired joke.
Particularly noteworthy was the statement regarding the risk leadership team’s intention to engage more with individuals ………..in London and India. If you are in Charlotte or elsewhere in the US, we don’t care about you.
