BoD had enough?

Hearing Board of Directors haven't approved acquisition of Frontier. Plus, some angry at $600k spent on TB12. Others hearing likewise?

The board already signed off on making an offer and exploring the purchase of Frontier. The regulatory hurdles will take 18+ months and orimises will need to be made.
As far as Tom Brady, didn’t he do TMobile Super Bowl ads? Why are we always taking their sloppy seconds?

I heard vz will install wireless phone booths in all major markets excluding frontier footprint. You can use Apple Pay only to pay for making the call in the phone booth.

Here's the list of Verizon's so-called 'Board of Directors' - it should tell you enough about their abilities to be little more than rubber stamps:

Hans Vestberg
Chairman and CEO of Verizon Communications Inc.

Clarence Otis, Jr. (Lead Director)
Former Chairman and CEO of Darden Restaurants, Inc.

Shellye L. Archambeau
Former CEO of MetricStream, Inc.

Roxanne S. Austin
President and CEO of Austin Investment Advisors

Mark T. Bertolini
CEO of Oscar Health, Inc.

Vittorio Colao
Former CEO of Vodafone Group Plc

Laxman Narasimhan
Former CEO of Starbucks Corporation

Daniel H. Schulman
Former President and CEO of PayPal Holdings, Inc.

Rodney E. Slater
Senior Partner at Squire Patton Boggs LLP

Carol B. Tomé
CEO of United Parcel Service, Inc.

The board is incompetent. They have overseen the demise of Verizon, while allowing an ineffective CEO to manipulate them into extending his tenure. A larger overhaul of the board and C Suite is much needed.
