OP,
You must be new, they don't post the results.
you know what happens, they force you into 2 dozen meetings to hear your complaints, that's when they get to ID the one's that rated them bad.. the survey is to bait su-kers.
I filled it out once in my many years here. Not a thing has changed for the better, it’s gotten worse really. It’s almost like they use it as a roadmap to make it worse
You will have been laid off for over 6 long months before the results are shared.
It’s not gonna be good… however the results will be spun into a story/script from managers that leads you to believe all is well and happy
click the thank you link on teamworks, it states how many so do the math.
65% participation is terrific as we laid off one third :)
My executive had over 80%. Won’t say where but non technology
They will not
It won't be that bad because the higher-ups are always getting two thumbs up from everyone that is the world they live in by believing in that. At their level it's never their fault it's always the bottom floors fault, the managers that they put in charge who are afraid to tell them the truth but are more willing to do everything they can to be friendly with them it's those guys who are the real heroes if there's any negative response it's going to be downplayed.
You have to remember in the last 10 months two deaths one by self infliction the other by natural causes occurred at the offices, made public news, and no corporate statement was ever given.
If you really think your voice will make a difference.... Well it's good to have dreams
